Orlando, Florida

On 16-18 March 2022, Commonfund held its annual Forum in Orlando, Florida.

Now in its 24th year, this Forum is considered one of the “must-attend” annual conferences for institutional investors, and it is highly regarded in the industry for its relevant and though-provoking content.

This year Asper had the privilege to contribute, as Asper CIO Emma Tinker joined an engaging panel on Sustainability and Private Equity. The panel included Phil Deutch, Founder of investment firm Energy Technology Partners and Michael Kaplan, Founder of Belltown Farms – a U.S. firm focused on regenerative agriculture.

Commonfund Managing Director Ethan Levine moderated the discussion, which covered the current opportunity for sustainable investing in sectors such as renewables, food, agriculture, water and resource efficiency. The panellists shared both strategic insights and some tactical approaches that in their view can position investors for success.
