Asper is pleased to announce that Dirk Hovers has joined the firm as a Director, strengthening Asper’s investment team and presence in the Netherlands.

Dirk joins from a senior investment role with leading Dutch pension fund manager APG, one of the largest global institutional investors in infrastructure. At APG Dirk led and managed several large-scale infrastructure investments with a specific focus on sustainable energy.

At Asper, Dirk will contribute to the investments into the established sustainable energy platforms in the Netherlands, Sweden and Ireland. He will also support the firm’s growth, in line with its strategy of backing entrepreneurial developers of sustainable infrastructure.
