Emma Tinker shares some insights on the Nordic onshore wind market at Inspiratia’s conference on subsidy-free renewables.

Chief Investment OfficerEmma co-founded Asper in 2016 with Luigi and Luis, with whom she had worked at HgCapital since 2008.
Emma has worked in investment since 1999 and in the energy sector since 2002. During her tenure at Hg she started the renewable energy business that eventually led to the raising of Hg’s first renewable energy fund in 2003.
Emma is responsible for Asper’s investment strategy, is Chair of the Investment Committee and sits on the Sustainability and Platform Management Committees. She leads the origination and strategic business planning on existing platforms and new investments. Over the years she has led and managed investments, financings and exits in different markets and technologies in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Italy.
From 1996 to 1999, Emma worked in strategy consulting for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
She has a degree in History from Cambridge University.
