In 2020 we further improved our performance, scoring 42/42 and “A+” in the Infrastructure module, and 27/30 and “A” in Strategy and Governance. The key areas of improvement over 2019 were on promoting responsible investment and on public disclosure of our approach: both areas which we continue to focus on as part of our Sustainability goals.

We are very proud of these results, and grateful to our management teams and partners for all the hard work that made them possible.

Asper has been a signatory of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) since 2018, and has participated to their assessments since 2019.  In 2019 our “A” Infrastructure score was the highest among all peer 2018 signatory firms.

The PRI is the world’s leading proponent of responsible investment and works to incorporate ESG factors into their signatories’ investment and ownership decisions in order to enhance returns and better manage risks.
